I started making these delicious pumpkin crumble bars several years ago after a friend shared this recipe with me. They are a fall favorite around here!! I prefer them cold with a dollop of REAL whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
1 package yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
1 stick of butter
-Mix above ingredients together and press into a greased 9 x 13 pan
1 large can pumpkin pie mix
1 5oz. can evaporated milk
-Mix above ingredients together and pour over the crust
1 cup reserved dry cake mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
-Mix the above ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pumpkin mixture,
Bake at 350 for 50-55 mins. Let cool before serving.
