My name is Elizabeth, I am originally from Mexico. I live in Overland Park and I’ve lived here for 15 years. I have two children. My son is 2 years old and my daughter is 2 months old.

One thing people would be surprised to know about me is That I was the first out of 20 grandkids to give my grandparents a great grand child!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy to be outdoors with my family!
What’s your favorite part of motherhood? What’s your biggest struggle in motherhood?
My favorite part about motherhood is seeing my kids smile when they learn new things.
How long have you worked at Chick-fil-A? What made you decide to work there?
I have been at Chick-fil-A for about 10 months now! The reason I decided to work there was because I was looking for a job that had good management as well as a good work environment and Chick-fil-A had all of the qualities I was looking for! I also loved the flexibility with the work schedules since I have kids.
What is the best part about working at Chick-fil-A?
The best part in my opinion is that you are capable of doing your job while having fun! Having great team members to get the job done as well as having a fun time doing it!
What does a typical day look like for you at Chick-fil-A?
A typical day is coming in to open and have everything ready and set up for our breakfast guest! We prepare cutlery kits, kids meal bags, and our amazing lemonade as well as other thing throughout breakfast to make sure we are prepared for lunch!
How do you juggle work and family life?
I juggle work and family by working in the mornings so I can have my afternoons free to spend time with my family.
What would you tell another mom about the perks and benefits of working at Chick-fil-A?
I would tell all of the mom out there Chick-fil-A is the best place to work! The management is great as well as the team members you work with! My favorite benefit from Chick-fil-A is being able to set up my availability for my schedule!
What are your thoughts about being part of the “Mom squad” at the Lenexa Chick-fil-A?
Being part of the “Mom squad” is great! All of the moms that work at Chick-fil-A are great! They are super friendly and have tons of advice if I need any! They are all amazing moms.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I would like to say is Chick-fil-A is one of the best company’s I have worked for. I have felt nothing but welcomed and appreciated since I got there. My kids and husband are all welcomed. I love being here.
